Lovely houseboat with amazing views outside at a great price for those of you on a budget but still looking for somewhere special.
We had a wonderful stay in Amsterdam. The boat was beautifully restored, the bed was very comfortable. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and were very pleasant. The area is very nice, quiet and residential with easy access to public transportation. There was a grocery store very close for a few necessities. The payment and reservation process was easy and efficient.Thank you!
I would really rate the B&B Houseboat Captains Cabin in Amsterdam a 5/5!
Our Host's were very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and helped us with the arrival.
They tried to make our stay as good as possible and we really felt at home :-) Especially the breakfast was excellent and if the weather is good you can even have breakfast outside.
We can recommend this Houseboat really well and would stay there again anytime.

We did really enjoy our stay on the boat. It is a really special and calm place. Both - close enough to the city, so it’s possible to be there in about 15 minutes by tram and on the other hand side, with enough distance to the noisy center of Amsterdam, so that you can relax and have a nice sundowner on the deck of the boat and sleep very tight in the night! The area is a nice mixture of old and new – and you don#t need to go far – you can go just some hundred meters for a coffee or lunch if you like!
The host are very, very kind. The service is excellent – and so is the breakfast. The Rooms are really nice and in a very good and clean condition! It’s only one thing to think about when you go there: Don’t be taller than 1,95 meters. Otherwise you hit the ceiling.

I loved the stay at B&B Houseboat Captains Cabin in Amsterdam :-)
The area though was not that fun, I wouldn´t say it´s city center but we could walk into the city so it was ok. The hosts were superfriendly and really nice people. I would highly recommend the stay at B&B Houseboat
