The neighbourhood itself is exciting and vibrant with many restaurants, shops, bars and the famous Albert Cuyp fleah Market.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is spacious and well appointed. It's 75 metres square (225ft) and sleeps up to 4 people. There are 2 large bedrooms with contemporary furnishings and stylish artwork. It has wireless internet, a flat screen TV and DVD player plus fully fitted modern kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven and stove. Useful if you plan to stay for a short weekend break or a longer holiday. There are also of course, many lovely restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood to enjoy if you'd prefer to not to cook. There's also a south facing balcony where you can enjoy the sun.

Getting around the city from here is easy. Trams such as the 3, 4 and 25 take you into Amsterdam's centre in 5 minutes. All tram stops are within 200 metres so it's very convenient. Alternatively, walking would take 15 minutes or 5 minutes by bike, if you prefer.

All in all this is great value for such a modern stylish apartment in one of Amsterdam's most vibrant neighbourhoods.
