This cozy two-floor apartment is located very near the city centre. Just outside the canal belt, it also sits adjacent to the Amstel River. The main canal belt area is only 5 minutes walk and Central Station is only 4 stops on the Metro from. This quiet and scenic spot makes it's perfect for a romantic break or for a family holiday. Across the river is the wonderful area of De Pijp with its famous Alburt Cuyp Market and vibrant cafés.

The apartment itself is located at back of the building, overlooking the garden so it's very quiet and relaxing. Spread over two floors, upstairs provides the sleeping area where you will find a large comfortable double bed, along with a single bed next to it. This makes it ideal for families. The room is very light, thanks to the enormous windows. A bed for two further guests can be prepared downstairs. The bathroom is smart and luxurious and has a bathtub for realxing after a long day of sightseeing. A toilet is located both upstairs and downstairs.

Downstairs you can relax in the living room and cook a good meal in the open-kitchen. Enjoy your diner in the evening sun on our garden like balcony. Sit either straight up or decide to cuddle in the beanbags. You can also use the entertainment system from the comfortable couch (32" flatscreen with surround sound). Wifi internet access is also available.

The Metro station (4th stop from CS), tram stop together with a large grocery store are all within 100 metres distance. For those who want, a 'coffee shop' is equally near too.

Queens Day weekend & Christmas week price is €275 per night for the entire apartment, regardless of number of guests.

Tips:
- You can walk into to the city centre or back home by following the river, passing the Opera, National Theatre, the famous 'Small Bridge' and old locks of Amsterdam. Especially memorable at night time. The walk is about 10 minutes.
- Just across the bridge you'll find the 'De Pijp' area with many bars to choose from. There is also the 'Sarphati park' - a more little and pretty park compared to the large and touristy 'Vondelpark'.
- Amsterdam might be the most pretty if you see it from a boat through the canals. Big boats are many to find, but for a more intimate boat ride the owner can give you a good contact number!
- For shopping, go to the famous '9 streets' located between Dam square and Leidse Square. Here you'll find more specialized fashion boutiques. For luxury goods go to the 'P.C. Hooftstraat' next to Museum Square.
- Stroll around the red light district and Chinatown - it's safe to walk around and you'll be amazed by it's energy. There are a lot of bars, galleries, restaurants and diverse people to look at. Neededless to say you can also enjoy other things.
