It's only 2 minutes walk from the hip area of Simon-Dach Strasse, a street full of independent fashion shops, cafes and restaurants. Boxhagener Platz with its weekly fleah market is 5 minutes away. Berlin's famous nightlife  is a 5 minute taxi ride away (Watergate & Panorama). If it's sightseeing you're after it's only a few minutes by U-Bahn to Alexanderplatz, the city centre, where you can visit all the main attractions such as Museum Island, the TV Tower and the Brandenburg Gate.

This accommodation gem is very spacious, sunny and light and located on the 1st floor of a grand old former east style building which can be accessed by a lift. The building itself was featured in the well known film "The Lives Of Others". The master bedroom has a lovely bed with wardrobe  and the living room can sleep an extra 4 people as there are 2 double sofa-beds. If you don't fancy dining in, why not try out one of the cafes or restaurants on the opposite side of the road. If you decide to eat in there is a separate kitchen which has a 4 ringed hob, oven and fridge/freezer as well as a dining table. This short term rental is a great option for a family or a group of friends looking to experience living in a local area but close to Berlin's historical centre. Also if you are visiting Berlin by car, you'll be pleased to know there is free off-street parking.
