This stylish, clean, small but perfectly formed guest room in Berlin-Schoeneberg is suitable for 1 person and is particular good value when reserved for a week or a month. It is 10 sqm2 and has a superior single bed (100 cm wide) so there's enough room for a wardrobe storage system, a desk and chair. Cable TV (CNN, BBC etc) is available as is internet access (Wi-Fi /W-LAN) all included in the price. The room is part of a shared apartment so the kitchen and bathroom is shared with the male host who works in publishing.

The Guest room is located n the Friedenau district which has direct train links to all the sites such as  the Brandenburger Gate and Reichstag which are only a 10 minutes train ride away. Within walkable distance is the Rathaus Schöneberg great for it's weekend fleah market and famous for John F Kennedy's speech, "Ich bin ein Berliner" (I am a jam donut).

It's a great option for a sole traveller visiting Berlin on holiday or for an event and equally as appealing for a mature student who would like to have the benefits of staying in a lovely local Berlin apartment rather than a hostel or hotel.
