Unfortunately, we were unable to stay in the apartment we reserved and had to cancel our reservation. However, while I cannot write a review for the apartment, I can say that the service at Be-My-Guest was incredible, friendly and fast. We received a reimbursement for our deposit quickly, and definitely plan on using the service again should we be traveling to Germany!
