It's also only 12 min walking distance (or 4 min by bike) to the beautiful canal-side area of Paul Lincke Ufer with is famous and charming selection of and cafes and restaurants.
 
It's only 2 minutes walk to the U-Bahn lines U8, U7 and to the Bus M29 in Hermannplatz. The main central station of Alexanderplatz is only 10 minutes by subway, and the airport Schönefeld is around 25 minutes from here. An excellect holiday apartment to experience the charm of the real Berlin.

Diese ganz renovierte 1,5-Zi-Ferienwohnung liegt im Gartenhaus, 2.OG eines  schönen Altbaus in ruhiger Kiezlage (Reuter Kiez). Durch die  nähe  von Hermannplatz  (2 Minuten zu fuss) ist die verkehrsanbindung zu allen bahnhöfen und flughäfen optimal (U 7 und U 8).
Die Wohnung hat ein Flur, ein separates freundliches Schlafzimmer mit einzel Bett (90/200), eine helle und gemütliche Essküche und ein grosses Wohnzimmer in dem sich noch ein Doppelbett (160/200) befindet.  Auch TV, CD und DVD Player  sind vorhanden. Die praktische voll ausgestattete Küche. mit Kühlschrank und Cerankochfeld ist genau auf die Bedürnisse von Stadturlaubern abgestimmt (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine  ...).
