In the Berlin centre is this beautiful spacious 2nd floor 2 bedroom holiday apartment  sub-let which sleeps 6 people. It is in a typical Berlin 'Altbau' apartment building located on the bubbly and very happening Torstrasse. Its central location couldn't be better as it’s right in the heart of Berlin-Mitte so in walking distance to all the cultural hot spots. Many newly opened great restaurants and bars are situated right on Torstrasse, as well as galleries, fashion / designer boutiques. Also the Sunday fleamarket in Arkonaplatz and the Berliner Mauer Memorial are all in walking distance.

The apartment was renovated to a very high standard just last year, so the entire building and all the apartments are super new. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed, which pulls out to form a double bed. The master bedroom is tucked away neatly through the dining room parlour towards the back of the apartment, past a separate toilet. In the living room there is an original 70's style sofa bed where an additional 2 people can sleep.The open plan living room has a big bay window attached with one of the two balconies. The second balcony is entered through the kitchen and provides a lovely relaxing spot for breakfasts in the mornings. The bathroom with its two separate washing sinks, a walk in shower and a jacuzzi with space for two is situated at the back of the apartment. 

The Bus 142 leaves and stops right in front of the apartment (5min to main central train station). The subway is a 5min walk away (U8 Rosenthaler Platz, which is 2 stops to Alexander Platz or U6 Naturkundemuseum) The main stations have direct links to both Schoenefeld and Tegel aiports.
