We stayed in this apartment for a week in September 2010. Fantastic location! The neighbourhood is superb - wonderful restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance. Conveniently located due it's proximity to the M1 and M2 trams (off Kastanienallee) which take you straight in to Mitte and the City. The apartment itself was large with one room (with fold-out bed at) entry level along with an open plan kitchen, bathroom and living area. Downstairs was the second room with bathroom. We are foodies, and found the kitchen to be well-stocked with pots, pans and spices. We walked a few minutes down the road to buy breakfast groceries every evening and enjoyed it at the large dining table.
What would have made our stay even better is if we had received more than one bath towel each and had have had an iron and ironing board after washing our clothes in the machine.
The hosts were friendly and accommodating (we had to move to another apartment after we decided to stay an additional night. fyi: the Serenity Apartment is just as good!) and we couldn't have expected a better start to our holiday. Candice-Lee Browne, September 2010

My daughter and myself stayed in Zions Park Apartment for 5 days recently and we had a wonderful time! The apartment was EXACTLY as described on the website and more...It was very welcoming, warm, with plenty of everything (dishes, linen etc....). We felt very much at home.
We appreciated the nice touches of some basic food and the bottle of wine as well as the wollen socks (so you didn't have to wear shoes or go bare foot). The apartment is very spacious, practical, and beautifully decorated.
Marcus Young ,the host, was also particularly helpful with hints on where to go, maps etc...
We asked for a DVD player and Marcus set one up for us on the first day while we were out.
It was very comforting to know Marcus was there if we needed anything, as we don't speak German and it was our first time in Berlin.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company and in particular this apartment to anyone.
