Bright and uplifting, this comfortable 2 bedroom holiday rental in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg with balcony is fantastic. Situated in Prenzlauer Berg's Butzow neighbourhood or 'Kiez',  it offers style and sophistication with all of Berlin's laid back cafés on your doorstep. If you would like to explore the rest of Berlin there is a tram stop at the end of the street which takes you within 5 minutes to Hackeshermarkt, with all its boutique shops, bars and restaurants and the historical centre of  Alxanderplatz and Berlin's famous TV Tower.

The rental apartment has and has some very cool 60's pieces and a custom-designed lamp construction. The two bedrooms have double beds.The largest has a king size double bed 180x200cm which has two single mattresses (90x200). The second bedroom has  a double bed 140x200cm plus a large desk. The living room has a sofa bed (140x200) but this is only for use for a child. It also has a funky Bang & Olufsen TV. The dining area has a large table for up to 6 people and so it is ideal for a family or a group of 4 people. The kitchen is very exclusive and features all Bosch appliances including a brand new dishwasher, huge fridge and high-end gas stove. Perfect for culinary creativity. The bathroom is fitted with a big shower/bathtub and washing machine. This is very useful if you plan on staying for a week or more.

There is also a balcony, a terrace really, as it's big enough for a huge table with two benches. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm summers in Berlin and the vista from just above of a big garden terrace which attracts some very colourful birds. All this is only moments away from both an over-ground rail station and a tram stop. Both of which provide easy access to Berlin's historical centre.
