This gorgeous short term apartment in Berlin is great value and located in one of the most beautiful areas of Berlin in Prenzlauer Berg. It has rich wooden floors and high ceilings, which are so typical for berlin buildings from the early twentieth century. Situated in a lively side-street of the popular Kastanienallee with its small bars, cafes, restaurants, galleries and second-hand-shops, right in the heart of the swinging Berlin. The aparment is great for the weekend and particular good value for short term stays of a week or longer.

The holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, one has a large bedroom with a double-bed, a cosy seventies lounge-area, a TV with DVD-player, a collection of movies and a small library with books, both English and German. The smaller bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The accommodation is a great place for a couples, groups or a small family. The large kitchen, makes up for the fact there is no lounge, and is equipped with everything you need, including basic spices, oil, vinegar, an espressomachine (espresso and milk is provided), a toaster and a refridgerator. The bathroom has shower and was recently renovated. All rooms have Wi-Fi (WLAN) highspeed internet.

It's only a few hundred metres away from the Mauerpark when you can have a relaxed stroll in one of most interesting fleamarkets in Belin (Every Sunday). The Nearby public transportation makes it possible to reach all the interesting sites of the city within 5 to 15 minutes, no matter if its Alexanderplatz, The Reichstag, or Checkpoint Charlie. Tegel and Schönefeld Airports are roughly of equal distance away.
