In the heart of central Berlin is this ground floor holiday apartment which sleeps 6 people on the Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte border. This large 2 bedroom apartment with double beds in each room and a  living room where an additional 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed is close to the cafes and bars on Kastanianallee, but also close to the historical centre. The accommodation is in a typical Berlin building with wooden floors and very near to Berlin's beloved Kastanienallee. It has a cool mix of design classics like a Cor Sofa, DDR-Design chairs, interlübke and 70ties design lamps.

The first bedroom in the photo's has a king sized double bed. The second bedroom has a regular double bed and two free standing black DDR design chairs and table. The living room cum 3rd bedroom has a huge green sofa (which cannot be turned into a sofa bed) and a double bed which sleeps an additional two people. The living room area has a TV/DVD. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for up to 8 people. The luxurious bathroom has a shower and huge triangular bathtub.

Breakfast is possible to get from nine every morning in the famous 103bar, just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Please note that children may sleep for free as long as they do not require their own bedding. A baby cot and chair for kids are also available upon request.

There will also be a hand-out with tips on where to get the best and closest breakfast, the most happening bars, the juciest steaks, the hostest sauna's and so on!
