Equally Kastanianallee & Kollwitz Square are in walkable distance where there are more dining out options and a charming weekly market on Saturday and Sunday.

The apartment has a great sunny Mediterranean flair with original photographs from Istanbul and other  ornaments as well as elegant wall papers and decorations. It has a large 85sqm2 lounge and 2 bedrooms with  two big double beds. The first bedroom has a king size bed 180x200 (two single mattresses combined in one bed) and a queen size bed 160x200 in the other bedroom. The bedrooms are far away from each other, one overlooking the rooftops of east berlin, the other facing a very quiet and green backyard.
