I&FC Berlin offer this guest room in the heart of the design and lifestyle area, Friedrichshain. The building exterior has a charmingly old Berliner style look but the guest room itself has been modernised. It has a large double bed and so is great for business travellers or couples. There is also a another double matress suitable for a child. The room provides a large working area and a cozy lounge space with pure modern and sustainably produced furniture.
The rest of the flat, the kitchen and bathroom, you would share with the owner. The newly fitted bathroom has a shower, and the kitchen has a homely feel with 60's style shelving.
The guest room is really in the hub of one of the most happening areas of Berlin and some would consider "the real Berlin". The cafe's, restaurants, shops and park are literally next door! Do not forget to visit Boxhagener flee market, which is moments away from the apartment, on a Sunday which is a real Berlin tradition.
The accommodation is close to both the main rail network and also the frequently running M10 tram which takes you to Warschauer Strasse S-Bahn (train station), if you don't like the 5 minutes walk, or Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg in the opposite direction. From Warschauer Strasse S-Bahn, it is very easy to reach Schoenefeld airport as it is on the same line. It is only 10 minutes to Alexander platz, which is the historical centre of Berlin and also easy to reach Tegel Airport from there.
