Apartment Bohemian

This beautifully stylish 2 bed (3 rooom) apartment is very spacious, 80m2 to be exact. It has a large balcony which gets direct sunlight after midday making the flat very bright and especially enjoyable in the summer. The balcony also has a roof so it's even useable in the Winter too, which is great for smokers. The flat is on the 5th floor, but there is a spacious lift if you do not fancy the excersie.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and and 1 child. There is one double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. A fold-away bed can be provided for an additional child if needed but may feel a bit crowded. The apartment and is ideal for families or a group of 4 guests. The flat boasts a modern built-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher as well as having a great Bang & Olufsen TV with original TV stand.

Another feature is the artwork which is forever changing and features both Berlin and German artists. There is also a collection of cultural art books and magazines which gives it a bohemian flair along with an original 60´s danish design 3 seat sofa and two armchairs, all newly upholstered.

The apartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin's most desirable district with all of it's cafes and restaurants. There is also a premium in-house supermarket  so it'is all very convenient! It's also only 10 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz, Mitte and Hackescher Markt. The frequently running tram, the M4, runs up and down Greifswalderstrasse, which as you can see on the map is a stones throw away from the apartment. From Alexanderplatz, which is nearby Berlin's historical centre, you can easily reach both Schönefeld and Tegel airports.
