This 76 square meter gorgeous 1 bedroom (2 room) apartment has a rich wooden floor and high ceilings, which are so typical for berlin buildings from the early twentieth century. The large bedroom is furnished with a double-bed, a cosy seventies lounge-area, a TV with DVD-player, a collection of movies and a small library with books, both English and German.The smaller bedroom is furnished with two single beds.

The large kitchen, makes up for the fact there is no lounge, and is equipped with everything you need, including basic spices, oil, vinegar, an espressomachine (espresso and milk is provided), a toaster and a refridgerator. The bathroom has shower and was recently renovated. All rooms have WLAN highspeed internet.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Berlin, in a lively side-street of the popular Kastanienallee with its small bars, Restaurants, galleries and second-hand-shops, right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. It's only a few hundred metres away from the Mauerpark when you can have a relaxed stroll in one of most interesting fleamarkets in Belin (Every Sunday). The Nearby public transportation makes it possible to reach all the interesting sites of the city within 5 to 15 minutes, no matter if its Alexanderplatz, The Reichstag, or Checkpoint Charlie. Tegel and Schoenefeld Aiports are roughly of equal distance away.

ITB: The apartment is close to Eberswalderstrasse underground station. From there it takes 26 minutes via Schönhauserallee to the Messe Nord station (ITB conference)
