The apartment is in a great position not only because of the premium in-house supermarket and the nearby cafes's, but because it's only 10 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz, Mitte and Hackescher Markt. The frequently running tram, the M4, runs up and down Greifswalderstrasse, which as you can see on the map is a stones throw away from the apartment. From Alexanderplatz, which is nearby Berlin's historical centre, you can easily reach both Schoenefeld and Tegel airports.
