This holiday apartment has a combination of classic antique furniture with touches of the contemporary which creates authentic Berlin style and really captures the class of its surroundings.

It's a studio apartment located on the first floor (without lift) and is 52sq metres in size and can sleep up to 4 people. There is a separate bathroom and kitchen and the studio room with one double bed and one sofa bed. It's perfect for a couple or small family with plenty of space for relaxing or entertaining on holiday, especially if you appreciate art. The apartment is situated near an Art Gallery, which the owner runs. Some of the artwork on the walls may reflect strong images inspired by the essence of Schönebergs alternative scene. There is a communal Wi-Fi/WLAN which costs a small fee but is easy to log-on to. A daily pass costs 5 Euros, cheaper for a week.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Schöneberg, Berlin's lively gay district with plentry of bars cafe's and nightlife to enjoy. The apartment itself is very central, close to the main tourist attractions of the city.

The undergound/metro station Nollendorf Platz is very close by, linking you to the U1, U2 and U3 lines as well as buses M19 and 187 so it's very convenient to see the city from here. The owners are flexible with check in times and check out is the standard 11am. All bed linen is included in the price.
