When will I know the address of the apartment?

After the booking is confirmed and payment is taken the full contact details of the holiday accommodation will be sent to you.

Can I ask a question to the owner before I book?


Yes. Simply click on the ‘contact us’ button when you’re viewing a listing for our contact details. We will pass the question on to the guesthouse or apartment owner and get back to you with the answer as soon as posssible.

How long in advance should I book the accommodation?


The short answer is as long as possible in advance as our accommodation is very much in demand, particularly during the high season. If you book early, you will be sure to find what you are looking for.

When will I know if I can stay in the accommodation?

After we have received your booking request you we then double check with the accommodation provider and as soon as the booking is confirmed we email you. We aim to complete this process within 48hrs provided we have all your necessary details.


How do I secure a booking?


Click on the book button of the accommodation you are interested in and fill out the form. You then have the option of making a bank transfer or using Paypal or credit card through Paypal to make the pre-payment to secure the booking. If you do not have a Paypal account you will automatically be directed to the simple registration page.

When will the money be taken from my account?


Only after we have confirmed that the accommodation period is definitely available will we take the pre-payment. If the accommodation is not available no money is taken.

Do I need to pay for the accommodation in full now?

No. Once you have chosen to book a guest room or flat in Berlin you will only need to pay the pre-payment to secure the booking. The remaining amount should be paid in cash once you arrive at the accommodation. The money should be given to the landlord or their representative.

Will I have to pay a security/key deposit on arrival?

There is often a deposit that is required for any damages that may occur during your stay. Please check the accommodation listing for details about a security or key deposit as it will be due upon arrival.


 What if I need to cancel my booking?


In the event that you wish to cancel please give us as much notice as possible. If you need to cancel more than 30 days before arrival the pre-payment will be fully refunded to you. If you cancel less than 30 days then please refer to our cancellation policy in our terms & conditions

What time do I need to check in and out?
Please refer to what is says under the accommodation listing entry you are interested in

Will bed linen and towels be provided?

Usually bed linen is provided

Does the accommodation have baby equipment such as a cot, crib or high chair?

It varies from place to place. Some of the accommodation providers have these facilities so please check the accommodation listing for details.

Is there a cleaning charge?

If the owner requires a cleaning charge this will be stated on the accommodation listing otherwise cleaning is included.
 
What happens if I don’t receive a booking confirmation email within 48hrs?

If you haven’t received your confirmation email after booking it’s best not to assume it’s booked. Also, you should check all your email folders just in case it’s been placed in the spam or junk folders. If that’s not the case please contact us quoting the reference number on the initial email we sent you.
