How do I reserve an apartment?
Simply select a holiday apartment, B&B or guest room from our collection. Enter your dates and number of people to get a total price and click book. Add your details and pay by card or Paypal. Your booking request is now made. A confirmation email with the accommodation address and contact details is sent within 48 hours.
When will I know if I can stay in the accommodation?
After we have received your booking request we then confirm the availability with the accommodation provider. We send you an email telling you whether it’s confirmed or not available within 48 hours but this is often within 24 hours.
What happens if I don’t receive a booking confirmation email within 48hrs?
This should not happen. We always aim to confirm a booking within 48 hours so there may be an email problem if this occurs. Sometimes emails are intercepted by mail provider’s overzealous filters. Contact us and we will confirm the status for you.
What happens if the apartment is not available?
When this occasionally happens we always do our best to suggest a good alternative based on your choice or requirements you have told us about so that it’s suitable for your stay.
Searching for accommodation
1. Search for accommodation from the main home page under the New Search section on the left. Or by clcicking on one of the city pictures, you can also search from there too.
2. On each of the city pages under the New Search section there are 'More Options'. You can be more detailed with your search here by adding a filter such as WiFi to your search. If nothing is available, try making the search more general.
3. Once you have found an accommodation that you like, please use the price calculator on the right to calculate the price. Remember to enter how many guests are staying first !
4. Check the availability before booking. Press the 'Book' button to proceed to the booking page.
5. On the booking page, please enter your personal details. You will have a chance to change your details or cancel your details on the following page.
Please also read our terms and conditions before ticking the box to confirm you have agree with them, and proceed to finish the pre-payment of the booking.
Remember: No payment is taken until we actually confirm the booking with you, which we aim to do within 48hrs.
