Personal Data of the Customer:
The customer consents to the storage, processing and usage of my given personal data by the Be-My-Guest GbR, Strassburger Strasse 12, 10405 Berlin as the responsible non-public organisation for the purposes of the brokerage agreement. In this sense purposes of the brokerage agreement are all purposes which are in the widest sense connected with the conclusion and the fulfillment of the brokerage agreement. In these limits the Be-My-Guest GbR is allowed to pass on the data to third persons.
The Be-My-Guest GbR tries to protect the personal data of the customer as well as possible. This refers especially to the data concerning the customer´s credit card.
The customer has the right to revoke his consent at any time with effect to the future.
