Personal Data of the Customer:
The customer consents to the storage, processing and usage of my given personal data by Be My Guest Limited which is the responsible non-public organisation for the purposes of the brokerage agreement. In this sense purposes of the brokerage agreement are all purposes which are in the widest sense connected with the conclusion and the fulfillment of the brokerage agreement. In these limits Be-My Guest Limited is allowed to pass on the data to third persons. Be My Guest does not sell personal data to third parties.
Be-My Guest tries to protect the personal data of the customer as well as possible. This refers especially to the data concerning the customer´s credit card data which is not stored by Be-My-Guest. Be My Guest has chosen Paypal to handle payment transaction becasue of their high level of security. Please refer to 'Payments' in our Terms and Conditions regarding credit cards security and payment data storage for further details.
The customer has the right to revoke his consent at any time with effect to the future.
